'An Uplift In Parental Piety’ 2023

Sensory Play wearable sculpture. Informed by a 3D mapping of and documented images taken of the local surroundings and my child's play mat island in the middle of the living room. Concerned with the theme of 'protection', this was inspired by the links between Korean geomancy, which moved and situated habitats around mountains, with the rapid construction and urbanisation taking place outside; all these an alien-like presences in and outside my home.
